Mid-South Auto Connection is preparing to launch. Our pre-launch forms collect only the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, ZIP code, and (for dealership contacts) dealership details and location.
We use this information to respond to inquiries, contact interested dealerships, and send launch-related updates you request. We do not use these pre-launch forms to submit vehicles for offers, enroll dealers in subscriptions, or process payments.
Form submissions are processed and stored through our website hosting/form provider, Netlify. We do not sell information submitted through these pre-launch forms. Access should be limited to authorized site administrators. Information may be disclosed if legally required.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to opt out of launch emails, reply to any email you receive from us. Before publishing, the site owner must add a working contact email address here.
We may update this notice as the service develops. This pre-launch notice is a starting point and should be reviewed before launch, including any state-specific privacy requirements.
